Williams Mullen Represents Virginia-based Dodson Property Management in Merger with National Real Estate and Property Management Firm
A deal team led by David Lay and Preston Lloyd represented Dodson Property Management in connection with the merger of its single-family, small multi-family, and association management business with Evernest, a national, full-service real estate and property management firm. The merger will bring Dodson's divisions overseeing single-family property management, small multi-family buildings, and association management into the Evernest portfolio.
