Williams Mullen Represents West Oil in Sale of 26 Convenience Stores

On May 1, 2019, West Oil, Inc., announced that it closed on the sale of 25 of its Markette convenience stores and one Lotto Land convenience store in South Carolina to FR Refuel, LLC. The deal was originally announced in February and also includes two car wash properties and three parcels of undeveloped land.
