Williams Mullen Welcomes Attorneys Jane Chiffriller and Tyler Johnson to Richmond Office
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Jane W. Chiffriller has joined the firm’s Litigation Section and Tyler S. Johnson has joined its Corporate Section as associates in the firm’s Richmond office.
Chiffriller focuses her practice on general commercial litigation matters and business disputes in state and federal courts. She navigates legal issues to help clients find solutions and achieve their business goals. Before joining Williams Mullen, she served as one of the first law clerks to Judge Dominique A. Callins for the Court of Appeals of Virginia and as a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit.
Chiffriller earned her Juris Doctor degree from the College of William & Mary School of Law, where she graduated Order of the Coif and magna cum laude, and her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
Johnson focuses his practice on assisting founders, entrepreneurs, management teams, and strategic investors in executing a broad array of equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and company formation transactions. Johnson also advises emerging growth companies on governance, commercial contracts, and other general corporate matters. He also has prior experience with Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS), private equity fund formation and complex capital markets transactions.
Johnson earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William & Mary.
