Williams Mullen Welcomes Corporate Associate Chris Moore in Raleigh

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Chris Moore has joined the firm as an associate in the Business & Corporate Section. Mr. Moore earned his Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Campbell Law School in 2018. He will assist public and private companies in general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, entity formation, corporate governance and other commercial transactions.

During law school, he was the executive editor of the Campbell Law Review and completed externships with the North Carolina Supreme Court, the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the Office of the North Carolina Solicitor General.

Before law school, Mr. Moore worked as a sports reporter for the Curtis Media Group and as the editor-in-chief of Carolina Blue Magazine. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and mass communication from the University of North Carolina.
