Williams Mullen Welcomes Finance & Real Estate Attorney Tyler Rosá
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Tyler Rosá has joined the firm as an associate in the Finance & Real Estate section. He represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, leases and financings. He counsels clients throughout the life cycle of a real estate transaction, from contract drafting and negotiation to due diligence and closing.
“We’re excited to add Tyler to our deep and experienced team in Hampton Roads,” Finance & Real Estate section chair John Mercer said. “He will help us better serve clients throughout the region on a wide range of financial services and commercial real estate matters.”
Mr. Rosá has experience assisting clients with 1031 like-kind exchanges, and he has advised clients on environment-related real estate matters such as compliance with the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act and Virginia Marine Resources Commission regulations. He also has experience helping clients navigate issues with breaches of contract, subcontractor payments, property boundary lines, community associations and lease warranties.
He earned his Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary, and his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Dickinson College, where he played football and served as captain of the baseball team.
