Williams Mullen Welcomes Litigator Brandon Rattray to Columbia Office

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Brandon M. Rattray has joined the firm’s Litigation Section as an associate in the Columbia office.

Rattray focuses his practice on commercial litigation, product liability, mass torts and administrative law. He counsels businesses and individuals on compliance and litigation avoidance strategies and navigates legal issues with clients to help find solutions and achieve their business goals. While in law school, Rattray volunteered as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office in South Carolina.

Rattray earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as the senior articles editor for the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal, and his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from the University of South Carolina.
