Williams Mullen Welcomes Three Attorneys to Richmond Office
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Tarpley Ashworth, Parisa Tabassian and Alex Castellano have joined the firm. Mr. Ashworth joins the firm as a senior associate in its Corporate Section. Ms. Tabassian joins the firm as an associate in its Corporate Section. Mr. Castellano joins the firm as an associate in its Finance & Real Estate Section. They will be based in Richmond.
Mr. Ashworth assists public and private clients with a variety of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and leasing. He earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law where he also obtained a Transactional Law Certificate from Emory’s Center for Transactional Law and Practice. While in law school, he clerked at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Ms. Tabassian assists companies with a variety of business transactions, including commercial contracts, agreements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations and divestitures. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Service, cum laude, from Georgetown University.
Mr. Castellano assists clients in several areas including commercial and residential real estate, finance/banking, corporate law, creditors’ rights, contract law and civil litigation. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law, where he served as president of the Real Estate Law Society and as an editor of the Journal of Global Law and Business. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and legal studies from Virginia Tech.
