Williams Mullen Welcomes Trust and Estates Attorney Felix Swierski, IV
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Felix S. Swierski, IV has joined its Private Client & Fiduciary Services Practice as an associate in the firm’s Norfolk office.
Swierski focuses his practice on developing complex wealth transfer planning strategies including estate and gift tax planning, charitable giving, and family business succession planning. He also helps individuals and their families with estate administration.
Swierski guides clients in developing personalized estate plans in an effort to minimize potential taxes and protect beneficiary assets. He also counsels tax-exempt entities on corporate governance matters and multiple tax compliance requirements.
Swierski earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center and his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Swierski is licensed only in Georgia. Not admitted to practice in Virginia.
