Williams Mullen Welcomes Two Attorneys in Richmond
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Scott “Scottie” Fralin and Sean Hutson have joined the firm. Fralin joins the Senior Housing Transactions Team, and Hutson joins the Financial Services and Real Estate Section. Both attorneys are located in the firm’s Richmond office.
Fralin advises companies on a wide range of corporate matters, with a concentration on the senior housing industry. She represents clients in a variety of transactional matters, focusing in particular on the acquisition and disposition of senior care-related real estate assets and secured lending. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, cum laude, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
Hutson focuses his practice on commercial real estate, including acquisition, development, land use and zoning, financing and leasing. He assists clients with all types of real estate transactions, from contract drafting and negotiation to due diligence and closing. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, magna cum laude, and his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Heidelberg College.
