Williams Mullen’s John Paris Selected to Inside Business’ 2024 Power List

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that John M. Paris, Jr., partner in the Corporate Section, has been selected to Inside Business’ 2024 Power List. Paris is listed among the publication’s 55 Power Players. He has extensive experience representing strategic investors, venture capital and private equity firms in transactions and investments and counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions; strategic joint ventures, licensing and corporate finance; securities offerings; SEC compliance; and general corporate matters.

Paris has been a prominent figure within his community in assisting the growth of local startup companies by guiding them through efficient mergers and acquisitions. He has also supported local entrepreneurs through mentorship and has co-founded organizations, such as the Hampton Roads Business Hall of Fame, 757 Angels, and he aided in the creation of ACG757.

In addition to Paris’ selection, the publication also featured Thomas R. Frantz, partner in the Corporate Section, in its Emeritus list. The annual list recognizes individuals the publication deems are important to influencing the economy in Hampton Roads.
