Keith Kapp and Jennifer Morgan to Conduct Webcast on Winery, Brewery and Distillery Law in North Carolina

On March 22, Keith Kapp and Jennifer Morgan will conduct a live webcast on Winery, Brewery and Distillery Law in North Carolina for the North Carolina Bar Association. Specific topics to be discussed include federal permits, federal labeling regulations, federal importing/exporting laws, North Carolina specific laws for production, manufacturing, distribution, and retail, including franchise laws that govern the relationship between suppliers and wholesalers. Other topics discussed are industry contracts and agreements, including distribution agreements.
