Williams Mullen Team Represents Fire Protection Systems Provider in Recapitalization
Andrew White and Gary LeClair represented the owners of Eagle Fire, a leading provider of recurring inspection, testing, maintenance, and construction of fire protection systems to industrial, commercial, and government customers across the Southeast, in a recapitalization transaction in which it partnered with Rosewood Private Investments (RPI).
RPI is the private equity arm of The Rosewood Corporation, a family-backed yet institutional firm with diverse worldwide operations and investments. Attorneys Cathy Zhang, Liz Williamson, Conrad Garcia, Anna Derewenda, Nona Massengill, Bob Korroch, Ed White, Laura Windsor, and Cart Reilly all played important roles in the transaction.
