An International Guide to Corporate Internal Investigations
The American Bar Association recently published An International Guide to Corporate Internal Investigations, which guides practitioners in the rapidly evolving area of corporate internal investigations. It was written by more than 40 highly skilled practitioners from 11 key jurisdictions and was co-edited by Williams Mullen’s Patrick Hanes, co-chair of our White Collar & Investigations team. Other co-editors include Mark Beardsworth, Ibtissem Lassoued, Saverio Lembo, and Frances McLeod. The foreword was written by former U.S. Acting Attorney General Sally Yates.
This resource is a practical overview of current themes and best practices for companies to consider as they design investigations to be better positioned for more positive outcomes.
