William Mullen Represents Northern Virginia Orthodontics in Sale
A team led by Greg Bishop and Forbes Thompson represented Northern Virginia Orthodontics in its sale to Smile Doctors, a portfolio company of Linden Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on the healthcare industry.
The transaction closed on August 3, 2020. Supporting Greg and Forbes on the deal were Trevor Wind, Chip Hancock, Conrad Garcia, Adam Farnsworth, Jenny Connors, Brydon DeWitt, Laura Windsor, Chrissy Harlacher, Rob Van Arnam and Ben Crumpler.
