Anna M. Bailey

Anna Bailey focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, preparing entity organizational documents for entity formations and joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Before joining Williams Mullen, Anna spent a summer as a legal intern for the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School, cum laude, and her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from the College of William & Mary, where she made the Dean’s List throughout all semesters.
