Chase Freeman focuses his practice on a variety of business transactional matters, including business entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance.
Chase earned his Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Campbell University School of Law, graduating as valedictorian. During law school, he served as the editor in chief of the Campbell Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from North Carolina State University.
Prior to law school, he worked on public policy in the North Carolina General Assembly and with a Fortune 10 company’s government affairs team.
