Chenxi Lu
Chenxi Lu focuses her practice on a broad range of commercial transactions and tax matters. She advises private equity firms, investment banks, and private and public companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, corporate reorganizations, and other general corporate and commercial transactions. Her experience spans a variety of industries, including senior housing, health care services, pharmaceutical, and technology.
Chenxi advises on transactions involving a wide range of business and asset types, in particular senior housing facilities, including skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care facilities. She also assists lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions.
Chenxi has significant experience in transactional tax structuring with respect to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, taxable and tax-free reorganizations, and spin-offs. She also advises clients on general corporate and partnership tax issues, choice of entity issues, and formation, disposition and liquidation of business entities.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the College of William & Mary School of Law and her Bachelor of Law degree from East China University of Political Science and Law. She also speaks Chinese.
