Mike Sajovec
Mike Sajovec has practiced intellectual property law for nearly 30 years, particularly in the chemical and pharmaceutical fields, and he has extensive trademark experience. He has experience working with both large and small companies in protecting a wide variety of technologies through patent and trademark procurement, patent and trademark portfolio management and licensing.
Mike is a member of the North Carolina bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the Licensing Executives Society. In 2014, Mike was named the Best Lawyers® Litigation Patent “Lawyer of the Year” in Raleigh. He has been included in The Best Lawyers in America© (2013-present), Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite (2002-2013, 2017), North Carolina Super Lawyers (2006-2009) and Chambers USA for Intellectual Property (2021-present). Mike received his Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University.
