Hays Falconburg

Hays Falconburg is Williams Mullen’s Director of Payroll & Benefits. He manages the firm's benefits and payroll programs and administration, as well as the firm’s annual benefits renewal and open enrollment process. He also works closely with the firm’s other human resources professionals to evaluate and recommend wellness and employee assistance programs and initiatives.

Before joining Williams Mullen, Hays worked as a human resource manager at Roomstore, Inc.; as a senior payroll and benefits analyst at Heilig Meyers Company; and as an inventory auditor & expense payables supervisor for Circuit City. He has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources professional and is a member of Richmond C.E.B.S., Richmond SHRM and the American Payroll Association.

Hays earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
