Heng Yong advises privately held businesses on mergers and acquisitions, sponsors and managers of private investment funds, and family offices with structuring, formation, and regulatory compliance matters.
Heng has experience advising fund managers, family offices, and nonprofit organizations across a broad range of asset classes, including private equity and impact investment funds. In addition, he is well versed in advising startup companies at different stages of capital raising, securities offerings, corporate governance, shareholders' rights, and general corporate law.
Heng earned his Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
