
Julia A. Rust
Julia Rust focuses her practice on complex corporate litigation. She handles a range of matters in state and federal courts, including contract disputes, business breakups, non-compete disputes, fraud, shareholder and partner buyouts, business valuation disputes, commercial torts, and defamation. Julia has experience with all aspects of litigation including dispositive motions, summary judgment, depositions, arguing motions, and trial practice.
Before joining Williams Mullen, Julia was a partner with a boutique law firm in Norfolk where she led the civil litigation team. She earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Liberty University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Liberty University.
