Mehanna C. Borostyan

Mehanna serves as a trusted advisor to both private and public companies on a wide range of corporate and securities matters. She focuses her practice on capital markets transactions, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations, and corporate governance.

Mehanna has advised issuers undertaking primary and secondary offerings, Regulation A offerings, 1031 syndications and other private placements of equity and debt securities. She represents clients in a wide range of industries, including real estate, technology, and energy.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Vermont.
