Preston W. Ball
Preston Ball focuses his practice on labor and employment matters, advising clients on federal and state employment laws and regulations, such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and Virginia employment laws.
He provides human resources advice and counseling, including development of company policies, drafting employment handbooks and preparing employment contracts. Preston also has experience handling commercial litigation, including employment and business tort litigation.
Preston earned his Juris Doctor degree from the College of William & Mary School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University Maryland.
