Susan A. Brancaccio
Susie Brancaccio focuses her practice on environmental matters regarding waste, water, toxic chemicals, CERCLA, and air quality. She assists clients in adhering to and remaining in compliance with environmental laws and regulations to ensure their adept navigation through the regulatory landscape.
She also assists clients in commenting on proposed regulations, guidance and legislation that may be relevant to their business sector, day-to-day operations and future goals. To that end, her practice consists of diving headfirst into complex and technical areas of environmental law while also working closely with environmental and in-house engineers.
Susie earned her Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she served as the managing editor for the Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College.
