Our Attorneys of Color Affinity Group exists to encourage professional development and engagement. The group is open to all attorneys for participation.
The AOC group hosts and takes part in internal and external activities that promote personal relationships and professional networks intended to support our attorneys’ overall experience with the firm. By strengthening connections across the firm, we support our longstanding goal of retaining and developing a talented, diverse legal team.
We strive to create a legal professional experience in which we hire and retain outstanding individuals who embrace cultural heritages and identities, and who are inspired by the opportunities and inclusiveness that Williams Mullen affords its employees. We instill the desire for self-knowledge, self-direction, self-discipline and extraordinary responsibilities by supporting one another individually and Williams Mullen collectively.
