Women's Initiative Affinity Group (WIN)
Our Women’s Initiative Affinity Group exists to encourage professional development and engagement. The group is open to all attorneys for participation.
The WIN group hosts and takes part in internal and external activities that promote personal relationships and professional networks intended to support our attorneys’ overall experience with the firm. Since 2006, the firm has supported this group’s efforts and its members have returned that investment across the firm.
Our continuing goal is joining with all Williams Mullen legal professionals to create and sustain an environment where women’s talents are supported, encouraged and recognized. Our women work towards this goal by fostering informal mentor and mentee relationships, seeking new professional opportunities within the firm, developing new and innovative approaches to client development and satisfaction and providing firmwide programming hosted by WIN.
