Finance & Real Estate Associate Erin Fleeger Joins Williams Mullen

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Erin Fleeger has joined the firm as an Associate in the Finance & Real Estate practice. Ms. Fleeger’s practice focuses on matters relating to commercial real estate, including leases, acquisitions and sales, and financings. She also assists in negotiations between tenants and landlords.

“We are very excited to welcome Erin to the firm,” Finance & Real Estate practice chair John Mercer said. “She was outstanding in our summer associate program last year and I’m confident she will be an asset to our clients.”

Before joining Williams Mullen full-time, Ms. Fleeger worked as an intern in the office of global compliance for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company and as a legal intern for The Honorable S. Michael Yeager in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she worked on the Journal of Technology Law and Policy.

Ms. Fleeger also received an M.B.A. in marketing & strategy from the University of Pittsburgh. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Grove City College.

Ms. Fleeger is the second Associate to join the firm’s Finance & Real Estate practice in the past week after Cart Reilly joined the firm in Virginia Beach.
