Firm Advises Unifour Fire & Safety in Merger with The Hiller Companies
Williams Mullen represented Unifour Fire and Safety in its merger with The Hiller Companies. The combined company, which will continue to be known as The Hiller Companies, will have greater scale, service capabilities and geographical reach that will benefit customers of both companies. Unifour Fire and Safety will continue to operate under its existing brand.
The firm’s deal team was led by Jon Bliley with assistance from Greg Bishop, Rakesh Parikh, Claire Gross and Forbes Thompson. Anna Derewenda and Philip Delano provided tax counsel and Marc Puritan advised on benefits matters. The team was rounded out by Janet Cho, Conrad Garcia, Jenny Connors, Matt Anderson, Liz Williamson and Kevin Pomfret.
