Firm Represents Family-Office-Based Investor in Acquisition of New York-Based Century Linen & Uniform
Williams Mullen represented Falcon Affiliates, LLC in its acquisition of Century Linen & Uniform, a family owned and operated business located in Gloversville, NY. Greg Bishop, Forbes Thompson and Nick Vretakis led a large deal team that included Liz Williamson, Jenny Connors, Marc Purintun, David Burton, Jamie Bruno, Charlie Alvis, Andrea Harlow, Amanda Weaver, Brydon DeWitt, Pierce Werner, Jen McLemore, Philip Delano, Hal Johnson and Ken Shevlin.
