Preston Lloyd Helps HHHunt Secure Rezoning for 207-Acre Residential Development
On March 13, 2018, the Goochland Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to rezone more than 200 acres near Capital One’s West Creek campus for a 207-acre, 520 home age-restricted residential community built by HHHunt. Williams Mullen attorney Preston Lloyd represented HHHunt throughout the zoning application process.
The community’s development plan calls for 341 single-family detached homes and 179 townhomes to be built over the next eight years. The development will be the largest subdivision in Goochland, as well as the first to include townhomes.
