Preston Lloyd Talks with Richmond Times-Dispatch About Options for Southside Real Estate Development

In November 2015, Manchester Town Center LLC purchased 12.8-acre parcel adjacent to the Manchester neighborhood of South Richmond to develop a grocery-anchored retail center. After conversations with national and regional grocery operators about the parcel, Manchester Town Center is looking at several alternative options, including converting warehouses currently on the property into townhomes, apartments or retail.
