UVA Law Grad Nicole Scro Joins Williams Mullen’s Charlottesville Office
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Nicole Scro has joined the firm as an Associate in the firm’s Finance & Real Estate and Land Use practices. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions and land use matters, including sales, acquisitions, dispositions, leases and land use approvals and entitlements.
“Nicole will be a great addition to our team in Charlottesville,” Finance & Real Estate practice chair John Mercer said. “She will be an asset for our finance and real estate clients in the region and also adds another talented attorney to our Land Use practice led by Valerie Long.”
Ms. Scro graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in May 2015, where she served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology. Prior to graduation, she worked in-house for a New York-based real estate development company, where she assisted with strategic land acquisition, zoning restrictions and the development approval process.
Ms. Scro is the third associate to join the firm’s Finance & Real Estate practice in the last two weeks. Cart Reilly and Erin Fleeger recently joined the firm in Virginia Beach and Richmond, respectively.
