Williams Mullen Adds Litigation Associate in Raleigh
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Killian K. Wyatt has joined the Litigation Section in the firm’s Raleigh office.
Wyatt focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters, including intra-corporate and intra-partnership disputes, conflicts arising from corporate transactions, and litigation involving financial institutions.
Prior to joining Williams Mullen, Wyatt served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Louis A. Bledsoe, III for the North Carolina Business Court. His clerkship experience included drafting orders and opinions on business matters involving derivative corporate suits, insurance disputes, receiverships, business torts, and procedural issues. His business court experience gives him a particularly valuable perspective on commercial litigation disputes in North Carolina.
Wyatt earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Tax Review and was vice president of communications of the Federalist Society. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia and graduated with Highest Honors.
