Williams Mullen Adds Securities Partner, William Halliday, in Tysons
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that William J. Halliday has joined its Corporate Section as a partner in the firm’s Tysons office.
Halliday focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, including initial and follow-on public stock offerings, private stock offerings, growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. He also advises public companies on compliance with SEC, NYSE and Nasdaq rules and regulations, along with their SEC filings, including proxy statements and periodic financial reports.
Halliday has practiced law at Wilson Sonsini and Odin, Feldman & Pittleman, P.C. Prior to starting his law career, he was an investment banking analyst at Citigroup.
Halliday is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia. He received his Juris Doctor degree and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
