Williams Mullen Deepens Corporate Section with Addition of Randal Greene
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Randal R. Greene, Jr., has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate Section. Mr. Greene regularly counsels health care providers in mergers and acquisitions and will bring that experience to the firm’s Senior Housing Transactions Industry Service Group. He also has represented clients in corporate and transactional matters, such as corporate governance, entity formation, capital raises, and other general corporate matters.
“Randal brings great experience to our already robust senior housing transactions team. We are so pleased he has joined us and look forward to introducing him to our clients throughout the country in this space,” Corporate Section Chair Greg Bishop said.

The team is particularly adept in the sale of portfolio companies and has a well-established track record in developing Opco/Propco structures that help clients to realize maximum value in a capital markets exit strategy.
In addition to mergers and acquisitions work, Mr. Greene has assisted health care providers with corporate governance and general business and corporate matters including entity structuring and formation and negotiating and drafting various business contracts.
