Randal R. Greene, Jr.
Randal Greene focuses his practice on transactional matters, advising clients on a broad range of corporate, finance, and complex real estate transactions.
Randal regularly assists private companies, founders, private equity sponsors, and other businesses with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private equity transactions, and other corporate transactions. His experience spans a variety of industries, including senior housing, behavioral health, health care, consumer services, and technology.
Randal also has significant experience advising clients on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions (both on a single asset and multi-state portfolio basis), joint ventures, debt and equity investments, UPREIT contribution transactions, and mortgage, mezzanine, preferred equity, and other financings.
He also routinely assists clients in negotiating management agreements, other ancillary commercial agreements, and related matters. Randal has represented private equity funds, REITs, and other institutional and non-institutional investors, owners, operators, sponsors, lenders, and borrowers on commercial real estate transactions involving a range of asset types, including senior housing facilities (including active adult, independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities), multi-family residential projects, office buildings, medical practices, retail properties, and hotels, with a particular emphasis on senior housing facilities.

He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wofford College.
