Williams Mullen Represents GlobalWorx, Inc. in its Sale to Tactiq
The Williams Mullen team consisting of Jon Bliley, Anna Derewenda, Brydon DeWitt, Larry Parker, Janet Cho, Matt Anderson, Randal Greene, Rakesh Parikh and Lauren Walker represented GlobalWorx, Inc., a developer of the real-time, actionable DSD on-shelf-availability communications platform, in the sale of its operating business to Tactiq, a SaaS company that provides solutions for retailers, manufacturers and distributors to enhance communication, increase sales and streamline supply chains. The transaction was announced on June 26, 2024.
