Williams Mullen Represents National Bankshares, Inc. in Acquisition of Frontier Community Bank
A Williams Mullen team consisting of attorneys Scott Richter, Benjamin McCall, Lee Lester, Nico Balbontin, Nona Massengill, Allison Carlon, Conrad Garcia, Anna Derewenda, Philip Delano and Patrick Carr represented National Bankshares, Inc., the holding company of The National Bank of Blacksburg, in its acquisition of Frontier Community Bank. This transaction will allow National Bankshares, Inc. to enhance its reach into other markets.
National Bankshares, Inc. is a community bank that operates primarily in southwest Virginia and provides a full range of financial products and services.
