Williams Mullen Represents Owens & Minor in American Contract Systems (ACS) Acquisition
A Williams Mullen team led by M&A Partner, Jon Bliley, advised Owens & Minor, a global healthcare solutions company, in its acquisition of American Contract Systems (ACS), a Minnesota-based provider of kitting and sterilization services for Custom Procedure Tray (CPT) solutions.
