Williams Mullen Represents the Paramount Builders, Inc. in its Sale to Hanson Intermediary, LLC
Paramount Builders, Inc. (Paramount) has announced the sale of its home improvement business based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Richmond, Virginia, and Jacksonville, Florida to Hanson Intermediary, LLC, a leading provider of windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and bath products and a portfolio company of funds managed by Huron Capital, LP. Paramount is in the business of residential installation and construction services with respect to windows, siding, roofing, gutters, trim, entry doors, walk-in baths and bathroom shower and bath conversions.
Williams Mullen represented Paramount in the transaction with a corporate deal team based out of the firm’s Virginia Beach office led by John Paris, Meagan Kalantar, Anne Domozick, Cathy Zhang, Cassidy Galindo, and Pat Tomlinson.
