Williams Mullen Represents Technology Services Firm in Sale
A Williams Mullen team led by David Lay advised client ProfitOptics in its sale of a majority interest to Philadelphia-based investment firm Renovus Capital Partners. The transaction is expected to allow ProfitOptics to accelerate its growth through developing new technology competencies, expanding its geographical footprint, and deepening its customer focus in key industries.
