Williams Mullen Strengthens Talent Management Team with Addition of Lindsey P. Hastings and the Promotion of Sophie Curdts Mohrmann
Williams Mullen has strengthened its talent management team with the hiring of Lindsey P. Hastings* as director of attorney recruiting and the promotion of Sophie Curdts Mohrmann* to the newly created role of director of attorney development and inclusion. Both are based in the firm’s Richmond office.
Hastings, a veteran recruiter, will be responsible for legal recruitment across all Williams Mullen offices in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina, including laterals, summer associates and entry-level attorneys. She will manage the recruiting strategy, hiring goals and placement of all attorneys within the firm. Hastings received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mary Washington.
Mohrmann joined Williams Mullen in 2016 and has over a decade of experience helping attorneys enhance their legal practices and capabilities. She spearheads the firm’s professional development program and provides attorneys with the tools they need to succeed by assisting in the development of specific skills that drive their practice at each stage of their career. Mohrmann will also have primary oversight of the firm’s strategic diversity & inclusion efforts. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
