Williams Mullen’s Corporate Section Grows with the Addition of Christian Litwiller

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Christian J. Litwiller has joined the Corporate Section as an associate at the firm’s Virginia Beach office.

Litwiller focuses his practice on various corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, private equity deals, entity reorganizations, financings, and strategic investments. Litwiller also assists clients in private, startups and closely held businesses on matters for raising capital. Before entering law, he served in the U.S. Navy as a naval aviator.

Litwiller earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Old Dominion University.
