Christian J. Litwiller

Christian Litwiller focuses his practice on various corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, private equity deals, entity reorganizations, financings, and strategic investments.

Christian assists clients in private, startups and closely held businesses on matters for raising capital. Before entering law, he served in the U.S. Navy as a naval aviator.

Christian earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Old Dominion University.
