Law Networks

Williams Mullen participates in a number of U.S. and global law networks to help serve our clients' needs. When circumstances dictate, we provide access to national and international legal services through our affiliation with these groups. Our exclusive memberships provide our clients with an extensive array of services and access to local counsel in the U.S. and worldwide.

The Bridge Group
The Bridge Group is a non-exclusive network of law firms in the United States, England, France, Belgium and Germany. Each member of The Bridge Group is dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality legal services and maintains a responsive and timely approach to each client's special needs. The Bridge Group members call upon the expertise and services of other group members in a given geographic area in order to most efficiently and professionally represent each client.

Business Counsel
Business Counsel, Inc. is a network of law firms based in the United States and abroad focused on providing high quality legal services to the corporate business community. Members of Business Counsel include private law firms in most major economic centers in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong engaged in business law representation, including transactional law, regulatory and litigation.

Southern Law Network
The Southern Law Network is an affiliation of law firms that collectively have a major presence in each of 12 Southeastern states. Its goals are to provide quality, cost-effective legal services to clients who have multijurisdictional legal needs, thereby enhancing the client's ability to compete in those legal marketplaces. With access to more than 2,000 lawyers, clients enjoy the regionalization of their business operations, instead of bearing the burden of securing separate representation in each jurisdiction.

TAGLaw® – A Worldwide Alliance of Independent Law Firms
Williams Mullen is a member of TAGLaw, a worldwide alliance of more than 160 independent law firms, providing a full range of legal services to clients all over the world. Founded in 1999, TAGLaw has quickly risen through the ranks and today, with more than 9,500 lawyers located in 400 offices in over 90 countries, is one of the world's largest legal alliances. TAGLaw members are carefully selected for membership based on professional competence, commitment to client service, reputation within the legal community, and recommendations from existing members. TAGLaw members are highly respected, value-driven law firms with local market knowledge and expertise.

Virginia Law Network
Virginia Law Network is a statewide network of 10 independent law firms with over 300 attorneys.
