Austin C. Tatom
Austin Tatom focuses his practice on commercial real estate and finance matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and leasing. Austin assists real estate professionals in negotiation, due diligence and closing of real estate transactions in all types of commercial real estate projects. Before joining Williams Mullen, he served as a student attorney for the Intellectual Property and Transactional Law Clinic at the University of Richmond School of Law and as a manuscripts editor for the University of Richmond Law Review.
He has experience conducting research to analyze pre-business combination SPAC holdings.
Austin earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law, where he received the CALI Award in contracts and in criminal law, and his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Utah.
