Brett E. Harn

Brett Harn is Williams Mullen’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the firm’s financial operations and overseeing daily accounting functions, payroll, benefits, compliance, regulatory requirements and the preparation of financial reports and analyses. With more than 20 years of experience in a broad range of accounting and finance functions, particularly in the legal industry, Brett provides strategic leadership in the management, measuring and communicating of the firm’s financial goals and position.

Before joining Williams Mullen, Brett served as the director of finance for Keller and Heckman LLP in Washington D.C. He has also worked as a manager of financial analysis & reporting for Dickstein Shapiro LLP and as a financial analyst at Dow Lohnes PLLC. During his career, he has developed and led strategic initiatives to improve business processes, reporting and pricing and implemented value-added software packages for use by legal and non-legal professionals alike.

Brett earned his M.B.A in finance and marketing and his B.S. in finance from Virginia Tech.
