Caitlin N. Grow

Caitlin Grow focuses her practice on corporate matters including corporate governance, commercial contracting, and mergers and acquisitions.

Caitlin earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law. During her law school education, she was an associate note editor for the Syracuse University Law Review, a teaching assistant for legal writing classes, a member of the Justinian Honor Society and received the CALI Award in Civil Procedure, Torts, and Mediation.

Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in health policy and administration from The Pennsylvania State University, where she was a member of the Health & Human Development Honor Society and the secretary for the Kappa Delta Sorority.
