Williams Mullen Welcomes Three North Carolina Associates

Williams Mullen is pleased to welcome three associates to the firm’s Raleigh office, with one being a 2022 graduate of the Williams Mullen summer associate program.

Anthony J. Bologna has joined our Financial Services & Real Estate Section, where he assists commercial real estate clients across an array of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, development, tax credit transactions, and land use and zoning matters. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School and his Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University.

Caitlin N. Grow has joined our Corporate Section. Grow earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Health Policy and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.

Jessica L. Phipps has joined our Litigation Section, where she works on litigation matters at both the state and federal level, including white-collar defense, commercial litigation, and regulatory proceedings. She also assists clients with internal investigations and the development of compliance plans and programs. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from Appalachian State University.
