Jessica L. Phipps

Jessica Phipps works on litigation matters at both the state and federal level, including white-collar defense, commercial litigation, and regulatory proceedings. She also assists clients with internal investigations and the development of compliance plans and programs.

Jessica earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was an articles editor for the North Carolina Law Review. While in law school, Jessica served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Robert T. Numbers of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in political science from Appalachian State University.
